SAR welcomes information about incidents listed on this website, including updates, new details and suggested corrections.  SAR also welcomes reports of new incidents not yet captured here.

To report new information or a new incident, please use the contact form here, or send an email to, using “Report Incident" in the subject line.  Please include as much information as possible, including:

  • Date of incident
  • Country or territory
  • Type of violation
  • Higher education institution(s) involved
  • Higher education personnel involved
  • Description of the incident
  • Any sources (links or copies)
  • Any other corroborating information (photos, emails, articles, etc.)
  • Contact information, if you are willing to communicate with SAR about the information provided (contact information will be treated as confidential; anonymous contributions will be accepted but may be more difficult to verify and include in public reporting)
